Teens Rule at Camp NAC
Each week, teens will have the choice to participate in either our Counselor in Training (CIT) program or Teen Adventure. On Tuesdays and Fridays, all teen campers will go on a pre-planned field trip-regardless of their choice of theme.
CIT Program
Teens who choose the CIT (counselor in training) program will spend the morning working with a Camp NAC counselor. CIT Teens will act as role models for younger campers and have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, while still participating in fun games and activities. Each week of the CIT Program focuses on a different theme and curriculum.
Teen Adventure
Teens who do not choose the CIT program will participate in activities centered around a new theme every day. Examples of themes include: art, STEAM, sports, cooking, fitness, etc.
Teen Field Trips
Weeks 3-11, teens will have the opportunity to attend field trips on Tuesday and Friday each week. Please note, during a holiday week, field trip days may change.
In order for teen campers to attend field trips, a guardian must submit a Teen Travel Field Trip Permission Form, located under “Forms & Documents” in your login portal on the Camp NAC website.
