A Letter from Camp Director Amanda Brown

Dear Camp Parents & Future Campers,

Hello, my name is Amanda Brown and I am the Camp Director here at Camp NAC. Over the course of the past nine years that I have been a part of the Newtown Athletic Club team, the NAC has become my home. The NAC is an amazing community and through my various leadership roles I have been able to learn, grow, and help create unforgettable memories for so many children.
I am so excited for this upcoming summer of camp and everything that we have planned for our campers. Our leadership team has worked hard all year to ensure that Camp NAC stays one of Bucks County’s best camps. My first and foremost priority is to strive to provide an unforgettable experience for each and every one of our campers.
This summer, we have a lot of exciting new changes in addition to bringing back some old favorites. One of the most noticeable changes we have is Camp NAC’s new home in the NAC Sports Training Center (NSTC). The move to this new 30,000 square foot facility will give Camp NAC our own separate space for our campers throughout the summer.
We also have a number of new specialty camps for campers with a variety of interests, including Cinderella Warrior, Robotic K’NEX, Infinity and Beyond, and more! These new camps will allow campers to connect with their peers through shared interests and fun activities. We have also brought back many of the specialty camps from last year that everyone loved.
The start of summer with both new and returning campers and staff is always an exciting time. I am thrilled that many of our awesome staff members will be joining us for another summer. We have been working hard to ensure that our staff is well equipped to provide your camper with a safe and fun environment here at Camp NAC.
I am always available for any questions, concerns or suggestions that you may have. We are looking forward to meeting all of our campers within the next few weeks as we prepare for a summer of fun here at Camp NAC!
