How Camp NAC Uses Social Media

Here at Camp NAC, we use our social media accounts in a variety of ways. We use social media everyday so that we can communicate with parents as much as possible. Our social media outlets include FacebookTwitterInstagram, and our Blog. Make sure to check them all in order to stay updated on everything that is happening here at Camp NAC!
We use Facebook and Twitter to keep parents updated on any changes that may be taking place for that day or the following day at camp. Be sure to check your e-mail for those updates as well.
Facebook
Facebook and Twitter are also used to show parents some of the coolest activities taking place that day at camp, along with a picture or video of that activity. At the end of each week of camp, we post a photo album from that entire week, along with the camp champs and counselor of the week!

Twitter

Instagram is used to show parents the best picture or video from that day at camp! The most awesome and unique activity is always posted on our Instagram. Also, be sure to keep checking out our Instagram for contests in which you can win prizes!

Our blog posts, including this one, are used mainly to share information with parents that they would not know, and are not posted on our other social media outlets. Be sure to check out our Camp Catch Ups, which are posted every Friday, and give a full recap of each camp from that week. Some other popular blog posts include “The Importance of Unplugging & Getting Active“, “Why Every Child Should Go To Summer Camp!“, and “Why Camp NAC Campers Make Great Leaders!
Don’t forget to also check out our “This Week at Camp…” page for our weekly newsletters, parent letters, and photo albums!
